Efficient Filling And Levelling System:
The machine utilizes an heavy duty acid pump to fill separately each battery cells. Filling process is controlled by acid proof valves for each battery cells. Levelling is done by a venturi system independently for each battery cells. Levelling process is controlled by pressure switch for each battery cells, which ensures high precision in acid levelling.

Acid Tank:
The machine is equipped with an acid tank with level sensor and valve controlled connection to plant electrolyte storage system to ensure constant acid level in the machine acid tank. Excess acid sucked during the levelling process by venturi system is dumped into the acid tank.

Conveyor:
Batteries are forwarded to processing zone through PP belt. All units on the conveyor are acid proof or with acid exposure protection.

User Friendly Operation:
Machine is equipped with touch screen operator panel with recipe system to enable operator storing battery processing parameters into memory. Settings are easily and quickly done through easy access adjustment parts.

Precision Filling Head:
Filling and levelling adjustment is done through encoder controlled motor drive system. Filling nozzles are easily and quickly adjusted for a different battery type. Filling and levelling are done via unique nozzles which has separate channels or both operation.
