Tetraset - Versatile And Cost Efficient Grid Casting System:
Supplying complete system for producing grid panels either in PbCa or conventional PbSb alloy has never been done in such a cost efficient way! Impressive performance of casting 20 panels per minute is brought you with the best cost / performance ratio in the industry.

Scope Of Supply: Complete Set!:
TetraSet is a complete set to produce grid panels. All necessary equipment and tooling such as grid mould, trim die, lead pump, lead furnace, feedline and cooling system are covered with the standard supply.

Lead Pouring With Lead Valve:
Molten lead is poured in to the ladle by a lead valve fitted just above the ladle. Lead valve is equipped with a ceramic ball for lead pouring operation.

Multivalve Mould Cooling System:
Mould cooling channels are equipped with multi valves which are all working on PID mode to ensure high precision mould temperature stability.

Durable Grid Mould:
Grid moulds are precision manufactured as per customer's specifications.Moulds are made of high quality cast material with a treatment ensuring durability. Moulds are equipped with air vent bars and total three cooling channels.

Heavy Duty Trim Die:
Trim dies are manufactured as per customer's grid specifications. Trim die is cooled with chilled water in two separate zones - one in pressed pad one in lower die. All parts of the trim die are high precision grinded. Trim die blades are manufactured with special hardened carbon steel.

Lead Furnace:
Lead furnace is equipped with complete electric heating system. Heavy duty steel furnace tup has insulation and 4,000 kgs. lead melting capacity. Furnace is equipped with side guards, ventilation conduits, scrap chutes, ingot feed gate and utility supply pipes of the all system. Alternately, lead furnace can be supplied with gas heating system.

Lead Pump:
Rotary lead pump is equipped with a frequency converter. The pump can be easily connected to lead furnace. All relevant controls are provided in the switchboard cabinet of the corresponding grid caster.

Water Cooling System:
Water cooling system operates in closed circuit basis and supplies cooling water to the mould cooling system. Optionally the system can be supplied with a chilling tower for supplying chilled water to the mould cooling tank and grid caster cooling zones.
