BT2100 C.O.S WITH HIGH FLEXIBILITY
BT2100 C.O.S. machine has been developed with the incorporation of some new systems to ensure highest flexibility, simplicity and universality in cast on strap process. No other machine in the industry is so versatile in handling wide range of elements with simplicity and easiness.
Unique Indexing Table Design:
The machine has a chain indexing system with a fast operation and precision, which does not require any mechanical braking system. Furthermore, rotary table is designed to ensure shake free operation even in highest load.
Universality In Real Sense:
The machine is capable to process elements up to 115 mm thickness with a single 6 cell operation. That means it can process almost all of the automotive sizes in the market in a single cycle. Universal jigboxes are designed to handle all sizes with a relevant pitch.
Element Preparation System:
Elements are aligned vertically and horizontally as well they are processed for lug and separator alignment. Lugs brushed with a motor driven brush, and fluxed with flux dip system. The system also includes lug preheating system to ensure maximum fusion quality in the cast on process.
Durable Compact Mould:
Moulds are precision manufactured according to clients requirements. They have multi point temperature control and equipped up to nine temperature control zones. Moulds also supplied with utility connection flange where all mould utilities are provided to ensure fast and easy changeover.
Suction And Dust Removal:
BT2100 is equipped with central overhead suction hood, side dust removal collector connected with flexible hoses to the machine dust removing zones.
Safety Features:
Machine is equipped with element handling safety systems to ensure safe processing of the elements. Moulding station is equipped with mould eject safety unit. The machine has also automatic safety units which intervene machine operation when mould temperatures are out of tolerance.
