HOLE PUNCHING MACHINE - BT20

BT20 is developed to process PP monobloc battery boxes with reliable hydraulic punching system. Adjustable Punching Heads:
BT20 is manufactured in two versions;one type for 1x6 batteries,the other for 2x3 (truck) batteries.Punching heads can easily and quickly be changed for different size boxes.

Pneumatic Box Clamping:
Boxes are located downside by hand and then operator activates pneumatic clamping system to insure precise punching capability.Clamp is then released automatically to allow operator ejecting the punched box.

Hydraulic Punching System: Punching heads are manufactured from hardened steel, and precision machined according to customer specifications. Hydraulic system is supplied complete with all accessories and oil.

Operational Safety and Environment Friendly:
BT20 is designed to insure maximum safety during the operation. In order to activate the whole system operator should push two butons supplied either sides of the machine front side. Thus he has to pull out his hands out of the clamping and punching system. Scrap PP parts are collected in a tray suppllied under the punching table
