BT205 is a high speed panel parting & lug brushing machine with an impressive precision. Machine can process up to 190 panel per minute.

Adjustable Panel Feeder:
Panel chain feeder can easily and quickly be adjusted for every automotive size panels. Panel feeder can hold large enough panel stacks to ensure fast operation.

Variable Speed Operation:
Machine main gearbox motor is integrated with a variable speed frequency converter to allow machine speed to be adjustable for wide range of production requirements.

Secure Panel Transfering:
Panels are transported by a chain carriers with guides and supports to eliminate panel bending, slippage and jumping.

Efficient Brushing:
Double side brushing is provided for both sides of panel lugs. Special made brushes are used for brushing. Brushes are driven by independent motors.

Precise Parting & Trimming:
Panels are parted and lugs are trimmed by special hardened steel circular blades. They have longer life and precision.

Reliable Discharging & Easy Collection Parted panels are gently discharged by rubber rollers provided at the exit of the machine. Plates are conveyed and collected by an offbearing conveyor.

Operational Safety:
BT205 is integrated with switch system to ensure safe operation. Panel jam detection switch and access door switches ensure maximum operational safety. Ventilation conduit is provided in the main machine, dust collecting tray supplied with offbearing conveyor and trimmed lug collecting box is also integrated in the machine.
